How We Review Supplements

Every review on this site follows the same process. No exceptions, no shortcuts, no matter which product.

1

We read the manufacturer's own claims — carefully

Not the headline marketing. The actual explanation of how the formula is supposed to work, the FAQ, the fine print. When the headline says one thing and the explanation says another, we name that gap. That's where most review sites stop being useful — they repeat the marketing without reading past it.

2

We research every ingredient individually

We look at what each ingredient is associated with in published research — not what the product label claims it does. If the label says "lung support" but the ingredients are documented for nerve function and circulation, we say that. The ingredients tell the real story.

3

We check doses against research thresholds

When a manufacturer publishes individual ingredient amounts, we compare them to what was actually used in clinical studies. When they don't publish doses (proprietary blends), we flag that as a transparency gap — because you can't evaluate a formula you can't see.

4

We verify the guarantee and return policy

A money-back guarantee sounds great until you try to use it. We read the fine print: who pays return shipping, whether opened bottles qualify, how the refund window actually works. When terms are unclear, we say so.

5

We check for brand-confusion and counterfeit risk

Many supplements are sold across multiple domains with similar names. We research how many sites sell the product, whether they all describe the same formula, and whether there are signs of spam or counterfeit listings. When the pattern is concerning, we tell you what to verify before ordering.

6

We write the review based on what we found — not what converts

We earn a commission if you buy through a link on this site. We're transparent about that. But a refund costs us that commission, so recommending something that doesn't work isn't a business model — it's a way to lose money. Every review names what's good, what's not, and what you should know before deciding.

What we don't do

We don't test products in a lab. We don't have medical credentials. We don't claim to replace a doctor's advice. What we do is read what's published — the studies, the labels, the policies — and translate it into language you can use to make your own decision. When we don't know something, we say that too.
