HoneyPower bottle

HoneyPower combines six botanical ingredients with boron in a two-capsule daily format. Unlike many male vitality supplements that use proprietary blends, HoneyPower publishes every individual dose on the Supplement Facts label. You can compare each disclosed dose with published research on the individual ingredients.

The formula brings together ingredients commonly studied in three areas: hormonal support (Tongkat Ali, Nettle, Boron, Saw Palmetto), circulation (Horny Goat Weed), and endurance (Wild Yam, Sarsaparilla). Here's what each one does and what the available research says.

Quick Verdict: Seven active ingredients — six botanicals plus boron. All seven doses individually published. No proprietary blend. No stimulants, no caffeine, no synthetic hormones. The key transparency advantage: you can see exactly what you're taking and in what amounts.

Hormonal Support

Tongkat Ali Extract — 10mg (100:1 extract). The label lists 10mg of a 100:1 concentrated extract, which the manufacturer presents as equivalent to approximately 1,000mg of raw Tongkat Ali root. Tongkat Ali (Eurycoma longifolia) is one of the most studied botanicals for testosterone support. Published research has examined its possible effects on free testosterone through SHBG binding, as well as physical performance and male vitality. The 100:1 ratio indicates that a larger amount of raw material was used to produce a smaller amount of extract. The concentration ratio alone does not determine clinical potency.

Nettle Leaf Extract — 20mg. Nettle (Urtica dioica) has been studied in relation to testosterone-binding pathways and SHBG. Published research has also examined Nettle's role in prostate health and urinary comfort. At 20mg, this is a modest dose — some studies on nettle root extracts use higher amounts.

Boron Amino Acid Chelate — 20mg. Boron is a trace mineral — not a botanical — delivered in chelated form for improved absorption. Published research has examined boron's possible role in free testosterone levels and estradiol metabolism. Because the label lists 20mg of the chelate compound and does not specify the amount of elemental boron, this figure should not automatically be equated with the adult tolerable upper intake level for elemental boron (20mg/day). Most boron studies use 3–10mg of elemental boron.

Saw Palmetto Berry Extract — 20mg. Saw Palmetto (Serenoa repens) has been studied in relation to the enzyme 5-alpha reductase, which is involved in the conversion of testosterone to DHT. One of the most documented botanicals for prostate health in aging men. At 20mg, the declared amount is below the 160–320mg range used in some Saw Palmetto studies. Direct comparisons are limited because extract composition and standardization can vary.

Circulation & Blood Flow

Horny Goat Weed Extract — 8mg (10:1 extract). Contains icariin, a bioactive flavonoid that has been studied for its possible influence on the nitric oxide pathway and vascular function. Nitric oxide participates in blood vessel relaxation and blood flow regulation. The 10:1 ratio means approximately 80mg of raw material was used to produce 8mg of extract. Icariin has also been studied for its possible interaction with PDE5, an enzyme involved in blood flow regulation and the same pharmacological target of prescription ED medications. However, activity observed in experimental studies should not be interpreted as equivalent to the action of prescription medications. Possible medication interactions are discussed in our side effects analysis.

Endurance & Adaptogenic Support

Wild Yam Root Extract — 20mg. Contains diosgenin, a naturally occurring steroidal saponin that has been studied for different biological properties. Wild Yam also has a traditional use history related to vitality and well-being. However, available clinical evidence does not support the conclusion that diosgenin directly increases testosterone or physical endurance.

Sarsaparilla Root Extract — 20mg. Contains steroidal saponins and has a traditional use history related to vitality and well-being. Some sarsaparilla components have been studied in laboratory research, but clinical evidence for specific effects on physical endurance, stress adaptation, or male performance remains limited.

What This Formula Means for Buyers

Full dose transparency. Unlike many male vitality supplements that use proprietary blends, HoneyPower publishes every individual dose. This is a meaningful transparency advantage — you can see exactly what you're taking and compare each amount with published research on the individual ingredients.

Multi-pathway approach. The formula brings together ingredients commonly studied in different areas of men's health: hormonal support (Tongkat Ali, Nettle, Boron, Saw Palmetto), circulation (Horny Goat Weed), and endurance (Wild Yam, Sarsaparilla) in one daily formula.

Concentrated extracts. Tongkat Ali (100:1) and Horny Goat Weed (10:1) are provided as concentrated extracts. The ratios indicate that a larger amount of raw material was used to produce a smaller amount of extract. The concentration ratio alone does not determine clinical potency and does not necessarily mean an extract contains more specific bioactive compounds than another.

No clinical trial of the finished formula. The available evidence relates to individual ingredients studied independently — not to this specific combination. This is standard across the supplement industry, but it means that results observed in studies with individual ingredients cannot be automatically attributed to the finished product.
